Introduction
Horizontal Thrust Boring Machine is for drilling horizontal hole up to max. dia. 800mm. It can be applied with different drilling methods to cope with various ground condition. In unconsolidated ground, a casing can be installed at the same time when the hole is being drilled, to prevent the hole from collapse. When encountering hardrock ground condition, diamond coring method can be used instead for better efficiency.
It replaces the traditional pipe jacking and hand digging method and largely reduces the risk of the operation team.
